amariah Design values our customers and respects your privacy. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the Personal Information we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when we share it with third parties, and how third parties may use that information. Our Policy also describes the choices you can make about how we collect and use your information. By providing your Personal Information to amariah Design while using the amariah Design website (“Site”), you are consenting to the manner in which we collect, use, disclose, protect and manage that information.

If our information practices change, we will post an updated version of the Policy on our Site. You can tell if the Policy has changed by checking the “Last Updated” date that appears below and that will be the date on which the new Policy becomes effective. amariah Design operates on Big Cartel's servers. amariah Design is not in control of what cookies are on this website; Big Cartel is. amariah Design only collects information about you (the customer/visitor) when you go through the steps to make a purchase so we can fulfill your order. amariah Design does not sell any of your information to any third party.

A Note about Children

 We do not intentionally gather Information/process orders from visitors who are under the age of 16. If a child under 16 submits an order amariah Design will cancel if we become or are made aware a child uner 16 made the order and as long as the order hasn't been sent out.



Order Placement

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. You may receive an email from amariah Design regarding an order you almost made but didn't follow through with.

We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact amariah Design so we may respond to your request or comment.

    Promotions and Contests – We may share your information or combine your information with publicly available information when we team up with other promotional partners to jointly offer or provide products, services, contests, or promotions to our customers, or otherwise to enhance and personalize your shopping experience
    Site Optimization – Big Cartel shares information with us about customer browsing habits, what items visitors look at and how visitors interact with the website. amariah Design may make changes to how the site looks and what products are offered based on this information we receive. amariah Design does not receive personal information in this case only anonymous visitor interaction with the website.
    Legal Obligations – We may share your information to comply with laws or regulations or in response to a valid subpoena, order, or government request, or to protect your rights, our rights, and others.

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, your consent is implied as granted to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your Personal Information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, by visiting our unsubscribe page or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information. Transmission of Personal Information to and from our Site is at your own risk. You should only access the Site within a secure environment.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we may maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. amariah Design does not store information from orders that is over 2(two) years old.

    Right to Access. California residents may request a copy of the personal information that we have collected about you in the 12 months preceding your request.
    Right to Opt-Out. California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information to third parties. amariah Design does not sell any visitor/customer information to any third party.
    Right to Deletion. California residents also have the right to request the deletion of their personal information collected or maintained by amariah Design.
    Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you wish to make a request for information or to delete your account, or for any questions about our privacy practices and compliance with California law, please contact us using the "Contact" page on this site. We will respond to requests to disclose or to delete within 45 days.

You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Prior to responding to your request, we will verify your identity by matching any requested identifying information you provide against the information we have about you. However, in certain cases we may deny a request as permitted by law.
